Breaking and Schooling

We believe the way a horse begins its competition career starts with the close attention to detail from when it is born to the day it is broken. From there into its development as an individual.

At Poplars Farm we work hard to supply an environment in which the horse feels safe and confident. It is only then that it will lay its trust in us so that we may work in harmony together.

Sale Preparation

To be discussed with the owner of each individual horse.

Stallions

Stallion preparation is also a feature of Poplars Farm Stables. Training and show preparation of Stallions for gradings is a team effort and great detail is taken to show the horse off to its maximum. Our most recent success was achieved at the 2001 Anglo European grading for two year olds held at Addington Manor, when a PFS stallion gained best of show.
